Hi, I’m Anne Esterquest, founder of Rekindled Consulting & Designs — or just Rekindled, if you like things a little warmer and more personal.

I work with people and teams navigating big transitions — whether they’re downsizing, moving, stuck in overwhelm, or simply ready to reignite their creativity and move forward with clarity. My coaching is hands-on, intuitive, and rooted in thoughtful questions, creative problem-solving, and a deep belief that we already have the answers or skills within us, we just need a fresh perspective or a spark.

Before starting Rekindled, I held leadership roles across industries including serving as VP of Operations for a national commercial real estate firm. I’ve led teams, managed complex projects, and helped organizations thrive through times of major change. I brought my creative eye to spaces that often felt cold or transactional — redesigning offices and lobbies to feel warm, engaging, and connected. I wrote programming to activate community and encourage return-to-office engagement through hospitality-driven, connection-focused experiences.

That work reflected what’s at the heart of everything I do: creating real communities, redesigning beautiful spaces, developing attention-grabbing apparel and gifts, and helping others feel more connected.

At Rekindled, I bring that same blend of creative strategy and emotional intelligence to the individuals and companies I serve. Whether it’s preparing a home for market, working with a team in transition, or helping someone shift their mindset after a life change, I meet people where they are — and help them move forward with purpose.

I also create playful, one-of-a-kind designs — from blinged-up bottles to bold wearable pieces — available through my Etsy shop. For me, these creations are more than just fun products; they’re tangible reminders that we all have something unique and beautiful inside us… and that sometimes life just needs a little extra sparkle to bring it back out.
